RETURNS
If you require a return, please contact us within 30 days to make a request to your account manager or at sales@asi.net.nz. Please detail invoice number and reason why you are wanting to process a return. We expect the product to be returned to us ‘unused’, in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your returns request is approved a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made.
