ASI Automation Ltd has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, ASI Automation Ltd will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as ASI Automation Ltd for any transactions through this website.
Please keep your login and password safe; customers are liable for every order made under their login.
All prices displayed on our website are in NZ Dollars and include GST.
ASI Automation Ltd use DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider. (for sites that use DPS).
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 5 working days of receiving payment for your order. If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available.
We use New Zealand Couriers, Now Couriers and StraitNZ for delivery of goods. Cost of shipping will vary from size and weight of product. There is a surcharge of $6.00 for Rural Delivery.
If you require a refund or a return, please contact us within 30 days to make a request to your account manager or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please detail invoice number and reason why you are wanting to process a return/refund. We expect the product to be returned to us ‘unused’, in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your returns request is approved a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made.
